Our Programs

BJJ Gi

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Gi classes focus on traditional techniques using the Gi, a uniform that allows for grips and control during training. You’ll learn takedowns, submissions, sweeps, and positional dominance while building discipline, technique, and strategy in a structured, engaging environment.

Grappling NoGi

Grappling No-Gi classes emphasize techniques without the use of a Gi, focusing on speed, agility, and body control. You’ll master submissions, transitions, and positional strategies while enhancing your athleticism and adaptability in this fast-paced style of Jiu-Jitsu.

Wrestling

Freestyle wrestling classes focus on dynamic takedowns, throws, and ground control techniques. You’ll develop strength, speed, and agility while mastering the art of leveraging body mechanics to dominate your opponent in this exciting and highly athletic grappling style.

Teen program for 14-18

Confidence, Discipline, Fitness

Jiu-jitsu is not only a great Self-defense system but a great confidence builder for all young teens. It also provides an ultimate way of fitness that is outside of a teens regular physical activities.

What is the difference between Gi and No-Gi classes?

Do I need prior experience to join?

No! Our gym welcomes all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Not at all! BJJ is a great way to get in shape, build endurance, and improve flexibility, regardless of your current fitness level.

What does a typical class look like?

Classes usually include a warm-up, technique drills, partner practice, and live rolling (sparring).

How often should I train?

Beginners often start with 2–3 classes per week. Over time, you can increase frequency based on your goals.

Are there classes for kids?

Yes! We offer specialized classes tailored to children to teach discipline, confidence, and self-defense in a fun and supportive environment.
